The data that we collect from you is stored in a cloud based Customer Relationship Management system and on our secure servers. Any payment services will be done through SagePay or an equivalent provider. Where we have given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received our information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that we and our Data Processors adapt Industry standard security protection systems to ensure the security of your data.

Where personal data is stored in locations other than the EEA, we have assured ourselves that the Data Processor is aware of their responsibilities for the privacy and security of your data under GDPR.
